It will take more than a year to be fully functional as they haven't even started clean up.

We're going for Christmas/New Year. Chair rentals available and Perch Lite is pretty much all we need. Fully functional restrooms would be nice too--last I read the sinks weren't working so bring towlettes or hand sanitizer.
